Work

Radixweb Pvt. Ltd.Ahmedabad, IndiaFeb 2024 — Present

Built an AI-powered internal platform end-to-end — operator dashboard, backend services and an agent orchestration layer integrating Claude and Amazon Q (Kiro) via MCP — cutting hotel widget activation effort by approximately 80–90%.
Automated structured JSON configuration and custom CSS generation for a configurable hotel booking widget, consuming the target system's GraphQL API to drive and verify each configuration.
Added a review workflow that evaluates AI-generated output against defined criteria before deployment, with isolated container execution, parallel workflows and real-time traceability into each run.
Designed API contracts and PostgreSQL data models for an enterprise hotel operating system, with NestJS API layers composing internal and third-party systems across reservation, guest communication, contact and configuration modules.
Delivered configurable email and notification workflows, Redis caching and BullMQ background job queues under concurrent load, and real-time updates over WebSockets.
